Water is 60 degrees and smallmouth are in pre-spawn mode. Look for them in bankside lies out of the main current with streamers. Slow down the presentation and catch more fish!
5/1/2024 - 2024 Opener is days away!
Stay away from bedding smallies whenever you find them, still in pre-spawn mode right now so look for some stocky females in the moving water near wood or rock.
